WEIIItEAS} a dwelling was acquired for purposes of rehabilitation of
a bla.ghted structure at 3337 Columbia, Orova.lle~ California; and,
WfiE`FtF~AS! said dwelling has been rehab9.J~.tated ~n accordance with the
provisions. of said housing program; and,
~AS, the Butte County Board o£ Supervisors has authorized the
sale of said property to dames and Carrie Gal.loway.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RE80LT~D that the County Admi.nistra~~ve Officer
is hereby authox~a.zed to execute the sale of said property to James and Carrie Ga~J.oway
for the swn of ~3z,ooa and pursuant to the conditions set ~orth in the sales
agreement attached to tha.s resolu~Eion. ~
