NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~IED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives no~ice ~hat a~ i~s reguZar meeting on November 4 , 1980, at 10•00 ~•m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bt~.ilding, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement: Being a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M. Also a portion of Lot 445, Paradise Pines Country CZub Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Page 72, County of Butte, Srate of California, more particularly described as follows: 1. All that certain 10-foot public utility ease- ment and recrea~ional ease~ent located on said Lot 445, beginning at the most easterly corner of said lot and running S 43°29'16" E, a distance of b7.00 feet. Excepting the southerly portion lying withiri the northerly 20-foot setback line adjacent to Pueblo Drive. 2. All that certain five-foot public utility ease- ment lying southeast af the northwest line ot said Lot 445, being adjacent to and southeasterly of the following described line. Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 445; thence S 54°09'45" W, a distance of 137.22 feet to the end of said line. Excepting there~'rom that portion lying within the 25-foot setback line adjacent to Mooz Court. 2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions of Government Code §504/~0 and §5~441.
