WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Warren T.
Ambrose and others requesting the abandonment of a public utili~y
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board sha].1. set a date for a hearing on the petiti.on for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at z.ts
regular meeting on November 4 , 1980, at 10:00 ~.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bua.lding, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha1l be held on rhe abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a portion of Section 28, T19N, 1t4E, MDB&M,
also being a portion of Lots 38 and 39 of
Carriage Manor recorded in Book 66 Maps of R~cord
at Pages 48 and 49, County of Butte, S~atie of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being a 10-foot public utility easement lying five
~eet on each side of the.side 1ot.line comrnon'ta~
I;ots 3`8::a~d 39.
Begznning at the southeast corner of Lot 38; thence
north 82 ~eet to the northeast corner of Lot 38.
Excepting the southerl.y and northerly five feet of
said Iine.
2. That this I2esolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
