Th.is matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Sta~e of California,.
on Se t m er I.6 , I980, in t~.e Board Chambers, B~tte County
Adminzstration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing Co
' said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Ab;andonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testzmony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
~ ment is unnecessary for present and prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
menC situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
' after mo~e particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utili~y easetnent
and recreational easement so abandoned is si~uated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more parriculaxly described as
~O~.IOWS :
$ezng a public utility and recreationaZ easement
located on Lot 97 as shown on that certain map of
Parad~.se Pines Unit No. 15 recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Pages 42 through 44, County of
Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Tl~ose cerrain easements 10 feet wide and lying
west of the east line o~ said Lot 97 and sot~,th of
the nor~h line of said Lot 97. Excepting there-
from th.at port~.on lying within the 20-foot serback
line as shown on said map.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolu~ion, with the seal o~ the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Bv.tte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
