Board of Supervisors ot the County of Butte, State of California,
on ~ntPmhPr ~h , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appear~ng to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and reguLarly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documen~ary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows;
l. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Sutte, State of California, as hereinafter more particulariy
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A1Z those certain 10-foot public utility easements
lying within Lot 142 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 35, Maps of
Record at Page 99, County of Butte, State of Ca1i-
fornia, more particv.larly described as follows:
Said 10-foot public utility easements are lying
parallel with and adjacent to tlze following
described lines:
Beginning at th.e most westerly corner of said
Lot 142; thence N 38°47'07" E, a distance of
136.46 feet to the end of said 1ine.
Beginning at the most easterly corner o~ said ~:
Lot 142; thence N 45°19'59" W, a distance of ~`
84.47 feet to the most northerly corner of ~~

Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the ~
20-foot building setback lines adjacent to Creston ~;

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified ~
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Sv.pervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, ~o be recorded in the
RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLI:C UTILITY EASEMENT

office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, Stafe of California.
