on Sep~embe~ 1.6 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P~.ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Soard now finds that the
hereina~ter described Public Utility Easement arfd Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment si~uated in the County o~ Butte, State of Californi:a, as hezein-
after more partice~.larly described is here y abandoned.

NFap Sook 38 at Page 27 Butte County Official
records, more particularly descr~.bed as follows:
A 2.00 foot strip of land bei.ng the most sov.th-
easterly 2.00 ~eet of the most northwesterly 10.00
feet of Lot 120 as shown on said. map of Paradise
Pines Uni.t No. 12, excepting therefrom the most
northeasCerly ].0.00 ~eet and the most southwesterly

3. Th.at the Clerk of th~is Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
