WFIEREAS, the Butte County Air Pollution Control District actively and
eYfective3.y engages ixl the reduction of sir contaminants pursuant to the!-Easin.-
wide Air Pollution Control Plan and re].ated i.mplementi~ag programs, and being so
engaged is entitled to State subvention funds pursuant to Chapt~r 5, Part 2,
Divi.sion 26 of the Ca'~.ifornia Health and Safety Code; and
WI~L3EAS, the Air Pollution Control Of~icer of the Butte County Air
Pollution Control Distrint desires to make an applica~ion for State subventinn
funds for the fiscal yesr 1980-1981 in accordance with 17 Ca1 Admin Code
~90200; and
W~S, the Board of the Butte County Air Poliution Control District
desires to authorize the Air Po~lution Control Officer of the Butte County Air
Pollution Control District to make such app].ication for said subvention ~iands.
NOW, THERE~'ORE~ BE IT RESOLVF,D that the Air Pollution Contro]. Officer
ofi' the Butte County Air Pollution Controi District is hereby authorized to make
an application for Stste subvention Punds ~'or the fiacal year 1980-i981 pursuant
to 17 Csl Admin Code ~g0200 and to sign said application on behalf o~ the Butte
County Air Pollution Control ~istrict.
