Anderson and others requesting the abandonment of a pubJ.i.c utility
easement and recxeational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o Government Code §§50440, et se~.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b}r the Boaxd o£ Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting an November 4 , 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
CaJ.i~ornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
foJ.lowing described easement:
Seing a portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M,
also being a 10-foot public utility easement and
recreational easement along the westerly line and
southerly line of T~ot 155 as shown on that certain
map known as Paradise Pines Unit No. 14, recorded
in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 37 and 39 Coun~y
of Butte, State of California, alsa a five-foot
public utility easement along the east line of said
Lot 155, being more particularly described as
follows:
1. A 10-foot gublic utility easement and recreation
easement lying easterly of and parallel rai.th the
following described 1ine. Beginning at the most
westerly corner of said Lot 155; thence N 32°00'
32" E, I48.52 feet.
Excepting there£rom the northerly 20 feet lqing
within the 20-~oot setbaclc 1.ine.
2. A 10-foot public utility easement and recreation
easement lying northerly of and parallel. with the
following described line. Beginning at the most
wesCerly corner of said Lot 155; thence S 76°45'
30" ~ 95 feet to the end of said line.
3. A five-foot public utility easement lying westerly
of and parallel with the folloraing described line.
Beginn~.ng at the most easterly corner of Lot 155;
thence S 25°03'04" W I25 feet to the southeast
corner of said Lot 155.
Excepting therefrom the northerly 20 feet lying
within the 20-foot setback line.

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
