Charlene Mills and o~h.ers requesting th.e abandonment of a public
utility easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board sha1.1 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisozs:
