COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 21 (OAKRIDGE SEWER DZSTRICT~
: WHEREAS, Erika M. Alm has petitioned th.e Local A~ency Formation Comma.ssion
for inclusion of her parcel within the Oakrzdge Sewer Distrzct; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has approved
this annexation and designated it: 80-23 CSA #21 Oakridge Sewer District -- Skansen
Sabdzvision No. 3, the ex~erior boundarzes of which are d.escribed in Exhib~.t "A"
at~ached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference; and
, WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has duly
approved and authorized the Board of Superva.sors to annex such territory without
notzce and hearing by the Board and without an election; and
' WHEREAS, the territory is uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, the reason for ~his annexa~ion petition is to provide sewer
service: . ...,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the territory described in Exhibit
' "A" designated as 80-23 CS$ #21 Oakridge Sewer District - Skansezt Subdivision
No. 3 is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of County Service
, Area No. 21 (Oakridge Sewer District).
