Cozmnission, an amendmen~, as shown on Exha.biC "A." a~tached t~ereto, to
the Land Use ElemenC of Che Bu~~e CounCy General P1an; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §65355, hearings l~.ave
been held by the Board of Supervisors Co ~onsider the above amendcnent;
and
WHEREAS, the Soard of Supervisors has reviewed an.d considered
the negative declaration regarding environ.men~a~. impact, attached
hereto as Exhibit "B.", prepared for the above amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
finds that the a~ea lends iCself to the requested amendment and to
the development that is proposed ~o fol~ow, that the amendment wi11
be consistent with land use now in ~he area, that' th~=~ ar.^.eric~~enL' •~s
consistent with the policies of the Land Use E1.emezzC and in conformzty
with the policies a~n. any other elemen~s of the General Plan, that
this findi.ng is bea~ng based upon the informa~ion presented at the
hearing before this Board, at ~he hearin.g thereon before the Butte
County Planning Commissiozt and the research and studies on which the
amendment was based.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the ameridment to
the Land Use Map, as showz~ on ~xhibit "A" attached :hereto, be adopted
and incorporated within the Land i~se Map of the Land Use Element of
the General Plan of the County of Butte.
BE IT x'URTIiER RESOLVED that, pursuant to 'G:overxuaent'_ Code
§65359, the General Plan.of the County of Butte is endorsed to show
that the abave amendment has been approved by this Soard.

BE ~T FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Government Code §65360,
a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the City Councils of the
cities of Butte County.

this 15th day of January, 1980, by the following vote:
