WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Rutte adopted
Resolution 80-178 on August 19, 198Qj And
~HEREAS it is necessary to amend said Resol~tion 80-178 to
provide ~or technical word changes.
N04d THEREFORE BE IT R~SOLVED that Resolution $0-178 fs amended to
read "Justice improvement Aet of 1979 (PL 96-157)" where "Juvenile Justice
and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (PL 93-~I5)" is stated.
BE IT F~RTHER RE50LVED that said Resolution SO-17$ be amended to
read "Justice Improvement Act" instead of "Juvenile ~ustice Act" as stated
in said Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1980 by the following
vote:
