BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of ~he County
of Butte:
1. The Director o~ Public Works of the County o~ Butte,
State of Ca~ifornia, did, on the 29th day of Sep~ember, 7.980, file
with the County C~.erk ot th~ County of Butte an Assessment to repre-
sent the cast and expense5 of the work and improvements done and made
by BUTTE CREEK ROCK COMPANY, pursuant ~o proceedings had and taken by
the Board of Supervisors o~ the County o£ Butte undez and pursuant
to Resolution a~ zntenti,on No. 7740, adopted on March l, 1977, as later
amended, in the Meyers Street Assessmen~ Dis~ric~ No. 1, Butte County,
CaZifornia.
2. The County Clerk of the County of Bu~te has given notice
by publicatzon, posting and mailing in the time and manner provided by
law o~ the fiZing of said assessinent and of ~he time set toz hearing
thereon, which time was fixed in said notices as the 14th day of October,
1980, at 1~:15 A.M. of said day, at the me~ting place of the Board of
Supervisors.of the County of Butt~, l~aca~ed in the County Adm~nistra--
tior~ Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, Califo~rnia.
3. 5aid Board has rece~.'ved evidence oral and documentary
concerning sai.d assessment and the propex comple~ion af the wo~k and im-
prov~men~ for which the same is issued.
4. The Baard a~' Superva,sors ratifies and confixms the
assessment and diagram and warrant attached ~hereto, the proceedings
leading up to the sa~ne, and all ac~s and determinations of all afficers

of the County of Butte ~n relation thereto, and the Director of
Public Works ~s hereby ordered to de~iver sa~d warrant, assessmen~ and
diagram to STONE & YOUNGBERG, the assignee of ~he contractor, BUTTE
CREEK ROCK COMPANY, upon payment of the inciden~a~ expenses prov~ded
by ~aw,

I HEREBY CERT~FY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by ~he Board of Supervisars of the County of Butt~,
State o~ Ca~ifornia, at a regular mee~ing thereof, held an the i4th
day of 4ctober, 1980.
