SOUTH OROVILLE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The ~oa~d of Superviso~s of the County of Butte resolves:
A map entitled "Praposed Bounda~ies o~ South Oroville
AssessFnent District, Caunty of Butte, State of Cali~ornia" has been
~iled with the County Clerk, .
This Board appraves the map and adopts the boundaries shown
o~ ~he map as describing the ~xtent of the territory inclc~ded in a p~o-
posed assessment district to be known as Sou~h Oroville Assessment
Dist~ict, County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
Thi.s Board fa.nds that the map is in the form and contains
the mat~ers prescribed by Section 3110 of ~he Ca~.ifornia St~~e~s and
Highways Cade. ~'
This Board di~rects the County Clexk to certify the adoptian
of this resalut~.on on the face of the map, and to f~.le a copy of the
map with.the County Recorder for p~ac~ment in the Book of P~laps of
Assessxctent Distr~.cts.
