RESOLUTTON ACCEPTING REPORT
AND SETT~NG HEAR~NG OF PROTESTS
SOUTH OROVZLLE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board o~ Sup~rvisors of the Coun~y of Butte resolves:
1. At the direct~on of th~s Board, C~.ay Castleber~y,
Eng~.neer of Work foz improvement proceedings in South OroviJ.l.e
AsseSSm~nt Distra.ct, County of Butte, Sta~e of Ca1i~o~nia, has
filed with the County Cierk the report described in Section Z02Q4
of ~che Straets and Highways Cade {Municipal Impravement Act of J.913).
This Board accepts the report without modi~ication, for the purpose
o~ conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements descr~.bed
in the repoxt.
2. Th~s Boa.~'d se~s 10:00 a.m, on November 18 , 198Q, in
the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors in the County Administration
Center, 2~ County Cen~er Drive, Oravil.~e, California, as the time and
place ~or hearing protes~ts to the proposed improvements.
3. The County Clerk is dizec~ed to publish, post and
mail the notic~s of improvemen~ required by the Municipa]. Improvement
Act of 191.3, and to file an affidavit of comp~.ianced The notice sha~.Z
