Gallion and others requesting ~he abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Soard shall set a date for a hearing on the pet~tzon for
abandonment.
' NdW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI~ by the Board of Supervisors:
i. ~rnat this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on November 25, , 198Q, at lp;pp _.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administrati.on Suilding, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on tk~,e abazzdonment of the
following described easement:
Being a i2-foot public utility easement lying in
Section 26, T23N, R3E, NIDB&M, also being a portion
of Lots 73, 72 and 47 as shown on tihe map of
Paradise Pines Unit No. 15, recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Page 44, Couttty of Butte, State
of Cali~'ornia, more particv.larly described as
foliows:
Being all that certain I.2-foot public utility ease-
ment lying northerly of and adjacent to the sourh
line of said Lots 73, 72 and 47, excepting therefrom
that portion ~ying within the 20-foot setback on the
westerly side of Ponderosa Way.
2. That thzs ResoZution be posted and published pursuant
Co ~tie provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
