Cain and others requesting ~he abandonment of a public utility'
easement and recreational easement as descrzbed below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se .,
this Soard sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I2ESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on December ~ , 1980, at 10:00 _~.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be hel.d on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A11 those public utility arid recreational ease-
ments located in a portion of Section 26, T23N,
R3E, MDB&M, lying with.in the boundaries of Lots
153 and 154 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pznes
Unit No. 15, recorded in Book 38, Maps of Record
at pages 41 and 44, more particularly desc~ibed
as follows:
1. Seing a 10-foot public utilzty easement lying
north of, para11e1 with and adjacenti Co the
following described line beginning at th.e.
southwest corner of Lot 154; thence S 87°27'
52" E, 125 feet.
2. Being a 10-foot PUE and RE ~ying west of,
parallel with and adjacent to tihe following
described 1i~ne: beginning at the southeast
corner of Lo~ 15~+; tlaence N 13°43'39" E,
149.26 feet.
3. Being a 10-foot PUE and RE lying south of,
parallel wiCh an.d adjacent to the fol~owing
descxibed line; beginning at the northeast
corner of Lot 153; thence N 73°52'34" ~d,
136.53 feet.
4. Being a I,0-foo.t PUE lying adjacent to, para11e1
with and five feet an both sides of the
follawzng described line: beginning at the
southeast ~o~'ner of Lot 153; thence N 80°40'41"
W, 135.23 feet.
Excepting all those portions lying within the 20-foot
se~back line along the east side of Creston Road.
