This matter ca~e on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on NovPmher 4 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearzng to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easment is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereina£ter more particuZarly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. ~h.at the description of said pub•lic utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County af Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 28, T19N, R4E, MDB&M,
also being a portion of Lots 38 and 39 of
Carriage Manor recorded in Book 66 Maps of Record
at Pages 48 and 49, County of Sutte, State of
California, more particularly described as fol7.ows:
Being a 10-foot public utility easement 1yin.g £ive
feet on each side of the side lot line common to
Lots 38 and 39.
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 38; thence
north 82 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 38.
Excepting the southerly and nor~herly ~ive feet of
said 1ine.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Reso~.ution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of But~e, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of t~Ze Coun~y of Butte, State of California
