HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-230'S'ha.s ~natter came on regularly for hearing before the Board of Supervisoxs o~ the Caunty of Butte, State of California, on November 4 , 1980, in Che Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice of Titne and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been prodv.ced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described Public t7tility Easement and Recreational Ease- ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, I'T IS HER~BY OIZDERED as follows: 1. Beginning at the most easterly cozner of Lot 155; thence S 25°03'04" W 125 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 155. Excepting thexefrom the northerly 20 feet lying within the 20-foot setback line. 3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Calitornia, to be recorded itt the oftice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
