Board of Supervisoxs o~ the Caunty of Butte, State of California,
on November 4 , 1980, in Che Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Titne and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
prodv.ced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public t7tility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, I'T IS HER~BY OIZDERED as follows:
1. That ~Che pub~.ic utility easetnent and recreational easeT
ment situated in the Coun~y of Btttte,'State of California, as herein-
after more particularl.y described is hereby abandoned.
2, That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situa~ed in the County o~
Butte, State of Cali.~ornia, and more particularly described as
follo~as :
Being a portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, MI3B&M,
also being a 10-foot public utility easement and
recrea~~.onal easement along the westerly line and
southerly line of Lot 155 as shown on that certain
map known as Paradise Pines Unit No. I4, recorded
i.n Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 37 and 39 County
of Butte, State of California, also a five-foot
public utilzty easement along the east line of said
Lot 155, being more particularly described as
follows:

RESOLUT~ON ABANbQNING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATIOi~TAL EASEMENT
3. A five-foot public utility easement lying westerly
of and parallel with the tollowing described line.
Beginning at the most easterly cozner of Lot 155;
thence S 25°03'04" W 125 feet to the southeast
corner of said Lot 155.
Excepting thexefrom the northerly 20 feet lying
within the 20-foot setback line.
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Calitornia, to be recorded itt the
oftice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
