Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Novembe~ 4 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required ~y iaw, and
testimony and evidence, both oraL and doc~mentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
' hereinafter described Pub~ic Utility Easement is unnecessary for
' present or prospective public use.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easemen.~ situated in the County
ot Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more garticularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Sutte, State of California,
, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the W 1/2 of Section 6, T19N,
RSE, a portion o~ the S 1/2 of Section 1,
T19N, R4E, and a portion of the NE 1/4 of
Section 12, T19N, R4E, MDM.
See Exhib~ts A, B, C, D, and E, attached
hereto and made a part hereot.
3. That the CZerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County o~ Sutte, State of Californi.a, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California. o
