~ornia, did on the 28th day of October, ~.980, adapt a Resolution
Requesting Jurisd~c~ion of the Butte Coun~y Board of S~pervisors
in connection with Northeast Chico Sewer Assessment Dis~r~.c~, City of
Chico, But~e County, Cal.ifornia, which r~sol.ution proposed ~he con-
struction of certain ymprovem~nts, and the City Counci~. did, by
adoption o~ sa~.d resoluta.on, reques~ ~h~ cons~nf of the Board of
~upervisors thereto,
That the p~blic inte~est and convenience require ~he making
o~ ~.he improvement describ~d in ~h~ above resolution, and in ~he
xnanner~therein set forth, and that all of the lands included with.in
'~he assessment district described in the proposed Resa~.ution of ~n--
•tenta.on ~+ri.Il be bene~ited by the proposed improvemento

tion of ~his assessment district d~scribed in the pxoposed Resolu~ion
~f Intent.~on, ~a the making o~ the improvement ~herein descri.bed, and
to the assu~-pta.on o~ jux~isd~.cti.on by the City Council o~ the City o~
Chico, Butte County, California, fo~ a~.1 purposes in conr~ection wi.~h the
formation. of Northaast Ch~.co Sewer A~sessment Dzstrict, City of Chico,
Butte County, Calif~ornia, and the making o~ the improvement, includinq
a12 levying, cal~.ecting and enforcement of the assessinent of costs
in relation to the benefi~s recezved from ~he various improvements.
