RESOLUTION AWARD~NG CONTRACT
Sacramento Avenue Assessment District No. 1
The Board o~ Superviso~s of the Caunty o~ Butte.resolves:
The County of Butte has received public bids far the constru.c-
tion o~ improvements in Sacramento Avenue Assessment District No. ~.,
Butte County, Cala.forna.a.
The Engineer of Work has.reviewed the bids and now recommends
award of the construc~tion con~ract to the ~o~rest responsib~.~ bidder,
BURDICK CONTRACTORS~ TNC.~ WhOSe bid p~ice is $851~192.70.
The Board of Superv~.sors therefore awards the contract ~o ~hat
bidder. All.ather bids are rejected.
The Board of Supervisars directs the Coe~nty C1erk to publish
a notice of award of contrac~.
The Board of Supexvisors authora.zes and directs th~ Chairman
o~ th~ Board o~ Supervisors and the County Clerk to s~.gn the written
contract far this construction ~rhen it is presented to them £or signa-
tt~re, along with the surety bonds and insurance cer~ificates r~quixed
by ~he construc~zon specificat~ons.
