No. 77-49 on the 22nd of March, 1977; and
WHEREAS~ ChaC resolution provided for fire standards
under §13; and
WH~R~AS, this Board desires to delete said standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 77-49
is hereby amended by deletxng §13.02 through §13.04.
