EASEMENT AND RECREATTQNAL EASEMENT

WHEREAS, this Soa~d has received a pe~itzan from .Iahn
Gamby and others requestzng the abandonment of a public L1~1~1t~
easement and recrea~Ciona~ easem~nt as described belaw; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o Governmen~ Code §§50440, et se~c.,
this Board shall set a da~e ~or a heari.ng on ~he pe~~tion for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Bu~~e County Board
of 5i~.pervisors :
I. That this Baard hereby gives notice ~hat at ~.ts
regular meeting on. December 16 , 1980, a~ 1:45 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Bu~te County Administration Building, Oravil~.e,
Cali~ornia, a heari.ng sha11 be held on the abandon~nent of the
fa~.7.owi.ng described easement:
Being a portion of S~ction 3S, T23N, R3E, NIDB&M.
A~.1 ~Chose public utility and recreational ease-
~nen~s ~.aca~ed and shown within Lot 42 of that
certain map entit~.ed "~'aradise Pines Country
Club Estates Uni~ No. 2," record~d in Book 38,
Maps of Record a~ Pages 61 and 63, more particular7~y
described as fol~aws:
(1} Being the n.ortherly one foot of a 10--foo~-w~,de
public uti.lity easemen~ and recrea~iona~. easement
lying r~.or~heas~erly of, parallel w~~h and adjac~nt
to the ~o~l.owing d~scrzbed line: Beginning at the
most southerly corner of said Lot 42, thence N 60°
48'43" W, a d~stance of 1.78.30 feet.
(2) Being a five-foot-zaide pta.blic utility easemen~
lyzng southwesterly of, para~.~e1 wi~h and adjacent
to the foYlowing described line:' Beginning at the
most northerly co~ner of said Lot 42; ~hence S 52°
59'15" E, a di.s~ance of 166.99 feet.
Excepting theref~om those por~ions lying within the
