WHER~AS, thzs Boa~d has received a peti~ion from Anthony
Baptisa and o~hers requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WH~R~AS, pursuant to Government Cod~ ~~5Q440, et seg.,
this Board sha11 set a date ~or a h~aring on the pe~z~zon for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Baard of Supervisors:
I. That this Boa~d hereby gives notiee that a~ its
regula~ mee~ing on December 16 , 1980 at 1;~5 ~.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Adminis~ra~zon Bu~~ding, Oroville,
Ca~i~ornxa, a~earing sha1~ be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A~1 that carta~n 1D-foot public utility ease-
men~ being a portion of S~ction 23, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M as shown withzn Lot 109 on the Map o~
Paradise Fines Unit No. 1~, ~ecarded in Book
38 Maps of Reco~d at Page 39, County of Bu~~e,
State of California. More particula~ly
describ~d as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly coxner of Lot
109 and lying west of, adjacent to and pa~alle~
with the ~ollowing described 1i~e; thence N 25°
03'04" E, 1.56.08 feet.
Excepting ~.he southerly 10 feet lying within
a 20--fQOt drainage easement.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuan~
to the provisions o~ Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
