WHEREAS, Sutte Caun~y Library Carporation, a
California nonpro~it public benefi~ cor.poration (hez~in
cailed the "Corpozation"), is propased to be incorporated by
a graup o~ publ.ic-spiri~ed residents o~ this County for ~he
specific and primary purpose of prova.ding financiaJ.
ass~.s~ance to this County by ~i.nancing the acq~isition,
construction and improvement o~ public library buildings and
~acil.ities for ~hzs Coun~y, together with parking tacil.ities,
site deve3.opm~nt, Iandscaping, uti,lzties, equipm~n~,
furnishings, zmprovements and a~l appur~enant and ~e3.ated
facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boazr3 of
Supervisors of the Coun~y of Bu~~e, as ~o1~.ows:

corr~ct and ~.his Baard of Sup~rvisors so ~inds and determines.
2. The Corporat~ion and its incorpora~ion are
hereby approv~d and the incorporators and directors of th~ ~

Corpqration, namely, Sandra A. Boyd, Tom DuFour, Ramana R.
Flynn, Jahn H. Nopel and Nora M. Wi~ey, are hereby app~oved.
