RESOLUTION HONORING JUDGE JEAN MOROP~Y
WHEREA3, the Honorable Jean Morony, Judge of the Butte County Superior
Court, has announced his reCiremene at Che end o£ his present texm of office;
and
WIiEREAS, Judge Moxony has served the people of the County o£ Butte with
outstanding distinction, and his well deserved statewide seputation as a jurist
led to his appointment to the State Judicial Council where his exCraordinary
service and leadership brought about statewide beneficial improvemenCS in the
administration of justice;
NOW, THE~FORE, B~ IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That this Board, on behalf of the people of this County as well
as on its own behal£, wish to express to Sudge Morony its sincere appreciati.on
for his many years of outstanding service to the people of the Couney of Hutte,
and further wish him well on his retiremenC.
