WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Larry
Atkins and o~hers requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THERE~'ORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gi.ves notice that at its
regular meeting on .Tanuary 6, , 198 1, at 10:00 a,m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County ~i.dmini.stration Sui~.ding, Oroville,
Cal.ifornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of ~he
fo7.lowing descrzbed easement;
Being a 12-foot ~UE and RE situated in Section 35,
T23N, R3E, NIDB&M, said easement is a part o~ Lot
109 as_ shown ori `~he_;map of Paradise Pines Couiitry
Club Unit No. 4~ecorded in Book 38 Maps of Record
at Page 71, County of Butte, State of California,
and being more particul.arly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner ot' said Lot
109 and running adjacent to, northerly of and
parallel w~th the ~olLowing-described 1ine: N 89°
47'28" W, 182.Q0 feet.
2. That this Resol.ution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Governmez~.t Code §50440 and §50441.
