WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition ~rom William
Green and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; an.d
~IEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board sha~.I set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
~"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
~.. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on January 6, ~~983~ a~ 10:00 a,~,~ in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Adminisrration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall he held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Al1 that certain 10-toot public v.~ility easement
lying westerly of and paral~el to the eas~erly
lot J.zne of Lot 122 as shown on that certain map
known as Paradise Pines Unit 5, recorded in Bnok
35 Maps of Record at pages 88 and 91, County of
Butte, State of CaliforniaR
~xcepting therefrom the most northerly 10 feet
and also excepting therefrom the most southerly
25 feet of said strip lying witliin the 25-foot
setback J.zne.
2. Tki.at this Resolution be posted and published pursuan~
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50~4I.
