WHER~AS, this ~oard has received a petition from R. K.
Andreason and others requesting the abandonment o~ a public utility
easement and recreationa~. easement as described below; and
WHE1~A5, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors:
1. Tha~ this Board h.ereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on ,7anuary 6, ~, I981, a~ lo:oo a,m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, OroviZle,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
All that certain 10-foot public utility easement
and recreaC~.onal easement lying northeasterly of
and parallel w~.th the southwesterly lot line of
Lot 203 of Pax'adise Pines Unit 14, recorded in
Book. 38 Maps of Record at Pages 37 and 41, County
of Butte, State of California.
Excepting theref~om the most westerly 20 teet
lqing within ~he 20-foot setback line.
2. That this Resolutzon be posted and publislzed pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §5044I.
