Board of Superviso~s o£ the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 25 , 19$0, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administratiion Building, Qroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testxmony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, ~rom which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY ORDERED as fol.Zows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County ot Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being a 12-foot public utility easement lying in
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a portion
of Lots 73, 72 and 47 as shown on ~he map of
Paradise Pines Unit No. 15, recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record a~ Page 44, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularT.y described as
~ollows:
Being a11 that certain 12-foot public utility ease-
ment lying northerly of and adjacent to the south
line of said Lots 73, 72 and 47, excepting therefrom
that portion lying within the 20-foot setback on the
westerly side of Ponderosa Way.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified ~;~
