White and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on ~anuary 1.3 , i980 at 10:0~ a•m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovil~e,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
All those certain public utility easements in
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M and being located
withfn Lot 2 as shown on the Map of "Paradise
Pines Unit No. 8" recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Page 04, County of Butte, State o£
California. More particularly described
as folZows:
i. Being a 12-foot public utilitiy ease-
ment lying adjacent to, easterly of,
and parallel with the following-
described 1ine: Beginning at the most
westerly corner ot said Lot 2; thence
N 20°33'15", a distance of 120 feeC eo
the End of said line.
2. Being a 10-~oot public utility ease-
ment lying adjacent to, northerly of
and parallel with the fo~lowing-
described 1ine: Beginning at the most
westerly coLner of said Lot 2; thence
S 69°26`45" E, a distance of 65 £eet
to the End of said ~ine.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
