This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the Count~ of Butte, State of California,
on December 9 , 2980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cal.ifornia, and it appearing to
said Soa~'d that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing o~' said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter desc~'ibed Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, 'I'~IEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the Countq of Butte, State of Cali£ornia, as herein-
after more pazticularly described is hereby abandaned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Bv.tte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Al1 those public util.ity and recreational ease-
ments located in a portion of Section 26, T23N,
Tt3E, MDB&M, lying within the boundaries of Lots
153 and 154 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines
Uni.t No. 15, recorded in Book 38, Maps of Record
a~ pages 41 and 44, more particularly described
as follows:
1. Being a 10-foot public utility easement lying
north of, para3.1e1 with and adjacen.t to the
following described line beginning at ~he
southwest corner of Lot 154; thence S 87°27'
52" E, 125 feet.
2. Being a 10-toot PUE and RE lyi.ng west of,
parallel with and adjacent to the ~ollowing
described Zine: beginning at the southeast
corner of Lot 154; thence N 13°43'39" ~,

136.53 feet.
4. Being a 10-foot PU~ Iying adjacent to, parallel
with and five feet on both sides o£ the
following descr~bed Iine: beginning at the
southeast corner of ~ot 153; thence N 80°40'41"
W, 135.23 feet.
E~cepting all rhose portions ~ying within the 20-foot
setback line along the east side of C~eston Road.
3. That the C1ezk of this Board shall cause a certified
capy of this Reso~ution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of Che Coun~y of Butte, State of Cal~fornia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of ~utte, State of California.
