This matter came on regularly fox hearing before the
on December 16 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and xt appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o~ said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hexeinafCer described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary £or
present ox prospective public use.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utila.ty easement
sa abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, StaCe of California,
and more particulariy described as follows:
A11 that certain 10-foot public utility ease-
ment being a portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M as shown within Lot 109 on the Map of
Paradise Pines Unit No. 14, recorded in Book
38 Maps o~ Record at Page 39, County of Butte,
State of Cali.£ornia. More particularly
described as follows:
Beginni.ng at the most southerly corner of Lot
109 and lying west of, adjacent to and paral7.el
with the following described line; thence N 25°
03'04" E, 156.08 feet.
Excepting the southerly 10 feet lying w~ithi.n
a 20-foot drainage easement.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, wirh the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia, to'be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
