PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
WHEREAS, thi-s Board has received a petition from Mat
Mathews and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easeme~t as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seq.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on January 20, , 1981, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildng, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easemen~:
All that certain 10-foot public utility ease-
ment and recreationaZ easement lying noLtherly
of and parallel to the southerly lot line of
Lot 38 as shown on that certain map known as
Patadise Pines Unit 5, recorded zn Book 35 Maps
of Record at Pages 88 and 91, County of Butte,
State of California.
Excepting the most westerly 20 feet lying within
the 20-foot setback line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and publfshed pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and ~50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 16thday o~ December , 1980, by the following vote:
