The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State. of California, shall be zoned as a "C-C'~ (Community Commercial) District, as hereinafter described and subject to all of the restricted uses applicable to a "C-C" District, said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of the.evmmunit~ of Chico, particularly described as Follows: Parcel No. 1 - A11 that certain real property situate i-i the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: A portion of the H.
