AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BnTTE COUNTY ORDINANCT NO5, b27, 762, and 779.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, do
2 ordain as follows:
S That Butte Gounty Ordinance Nos, 627, 762, and 779 are hereby amended in
the following particulars:
4 Sections 3 of said Ordinances are amended to read as follows:
5 SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted subject to the securing of a use
6 ' permit in each case:
7 3.1 ssC-hs (Retail Commercial)
Uses shall be permitted for property having frontage on the Skyway.
8 3.2 "R-3" (Multiple Dwelling)
Uses shall be permitted for Lot 11 Glildwood Subdivision, Paradise;
9' Assessor Parcel No. 5211-36, as designated by map in the office of
10 the County Assessor, first Monday in March, 1962.
11 3.3 "R-3" (~ltiple D~-elling)
Uses .shall. be permitted for Assessor Parcel Nos. 52J04-09 and 52.:04-10,
as designated by map in the office of the County Assessor the. first
12 Monday in March, .1963.
13 3.4 "C-lu (Retail Commercial)
Uses-shall be permitted for Assessor Parcel-Nom 52-12-21 (Lot 12,
14 Wildwood Subdivision) as designated by map in the Office of the
County Assessor, the first Monday in March, 1963.

16 This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full force
and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and
17 before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Super-
18 visors voting for and against it, in the Paradise Post ~ a newspaper pub-
lished in the County of Butte, State of California.
