The following restrictions shall apply in an "M-2" (Heavy Industrial) District: 17 2.1 Uses Permitted 18 to Any ,uses permitted in the C, MP, and M-1 Zones. 19 2. The industrial enterprises which involve the bulk handling of products manufactured, treated, processed, or assembled on the 20 premises, the dominant amounts of storage and warehousing, the heavy trucking or ugecof heavy duty equipment, the heavy movement of traffic 21 on the site and the.. generating of large amounts. of automobile and truck traffic on the adjacent streets, the noise~and vibration, sites __ _ 22 larger than can be provided on normal sized lots, and similar charac- teristics and performance standards not detrimental iri effect upon 23 other uses of similar nature in close proximity. __ 24 2.2 AX~Y ??se for which a Use Permit is required in an "A-2" District, upon application for and granting of a Use Permit. SECTION 3e All uses of land within the district not specifically authorized and,perm.tted under_Section 2 are prohibited. SECTION 4. Penalty for any violation of the zoning hereby proposed within the district shall .be as,_provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance and iri compliance with the provision of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall .be from and after its effective date a supplement to and part of the Zoning _Eliabling _Ordinancea SECTION 5. Tn compliance with the provisions of said Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 5 thereof this Ordinnanee in full, SECTION. 6. This ,Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and before the, expiration. of ,fifteen (1,5} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with .the namas o£ the members of the Board voting for and against it iM the Chico Enterprise , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California. __ - - PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board. of.5upervisoxs of the County of Butte, State of California, on the 7th day of April, 1964, by the following vote; AYES.
