The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, do ordain as follows; That Butte County Ordinance No. 508 is hereby amended in the following particulars: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be zoned as an "R-3" District as herein- after described and subject to all of the restricted uses applicable to an "R-3" District, said area so zoned being located in the Community of Para dise, Butte County, California, particularly described as foLl.ows; Parcel No. 1 - Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Clark Road and Central Park Drive, thence westerly along the centerline of Central Park Drive to a,point_150 feet west of the>.centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad Track, thence southwesterly and parallel to the centerline of said rai7soad track to a point b00 feet south of the centerline of Elliott Road, .thence easterly and parallel to the center- line of .Elliott Road to the centerline of Clark Road, thence northW easterly from the centerline of Clark Road to the point of beginning, excepting__therefrom all property fronting the Clark Road. Parcel Noo, 2,- Assessor Parcel No. 53-03-12 and 15 as shown on maps on file and of record in the Office of the Butte County Assessor, first Monday in 1'~Iaxch, 196. SECTION 2a The regulations applicable to the district so zoned, as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, .are restated as follows; i This district is for multi-dwe3~~g units and all uses permitted in "R-1" and "R-2" Districts, subject to the securing of a use permit for any use for, which a use permit is required in any "R-1" or,"R-2" District; and the following uses permitted subject to securing a use permit iss each case; a.) Hotel,,residential clubs and lodges, b,) Hospitals, rest homes, sanitariums, and clinics. e.) Motels. . SECTION 3• The penalties for violations of the zoning hereby imposed upon said district shall be as provided in the said Zoning Enabling Ord3n- anceq SECTION 4, In compliance with the provisions of said. Zoning Enabling Ordinance the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 5 thereof this Ordinance in foil.
