ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
CaHEREAS, this Board has adopted resolu~ions in the past
establishing fees for certain services ot the Environmental Health
Division; and
WHEREAS, this Board may, pursuant to Health and Safety Code
§510, adop~ fees to cover all Environmental Health services required
pursuant to State law; and
WHEREAS, an ordinance establishing Public Health Certificate
of Operation permits is being prepared for adoption by this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Code also authorizes fees for
cer~ain ~nvironmental Health services; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to impose fees for certain other

Environmental Health services.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors as follows:
1. The following fees shall be effective as of January 6,
1981:
Certificates for Loans
(FHA, Ca1 Vet, etc.):
a. Septic tanks $ 18.00
b. We11s $ 18.00
c. Required Water Sample:
(1) Firs~t sample $ 8.50
(2) Each additional sample $ 20.00

a. New wells $ 36.00
b. Drainage well $ 30.00
c. Water samples $ 20.00
Public Water System Permit:
a. 1.0 connections $168.00
b. Each additional ZO connections $ 12.00

BE IZ' FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following fees shall be
effective upon t~e date the ordinance establishing Public Health
Certificate of Operation permits becomes effective:
Food Program:
a. Restaurant Annual Permit $ 96.00
b. Bakeries Annual Permit $ 60.00
c. Retail. Food Annual Permit $ 60.00
d. Ice P1ant $ 72.00
e. Ztinerant Restaurant $ 24.00
f. Mobile Restaurant and Vehicle $ 24.00
g. Vending Machine Outlets $ 12.00
h. Roadside stands $ 12.00
BE TT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that Resolution Nos. 80-141 and
80-148, establislning fees for Environmental Health services, shall
be rescinded effective January l, 1981.
