'~his matter came on regularly for hearing before
the
Board of Supervisors of the Coun.ty of But~e, S~a~e of Calfiornia,
on January 5' , 198.1„ in the Boa~d Chambers, Bv.tte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cali~~ornia, and it appearing to
said Board that'',a Notice of Time and Place of ~earing of said
Abandonment was'duly and regularly given as required bq law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which saa~d Board now finds that the
Ycereinafter descrzbed Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREk'Ok~, IT IS HER~BX ORDERED as follows:
T. Tha~ the public utility easement and recreational. ease-
ment situated in the County of But~e, State of California, as herein-
after mo~e particularly described, is hereby abandoned.
2. ~'kiat the description of said public ~+~tility easement
and recreata.onal easement so abandoned is situated in the County o~
Sutte, State of'California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being'a por~ion of Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDM,
also being a 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement along the northerly
line and weste~l.y line of Lot 94 as shown on
that certain map known as Paradise Pines Unit
I5, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at
Fages'42 and 44 Coun~y of Butte, State of
Cali.fornia, being mpr~e particularly described
as follows: ~
