This matter came on regularly for hea~ing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County o£ Butte, State of California,
on Jan.uar:Y 6 , j,~g.l~~, in the Board Chambers, Butte County.
Adminisera~ion Building, Orovil~.e, California, anc~ it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P~.ace of Hearing of said
Aban.donment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
tes~imony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, fx~om which said Board now finds that the
hereinaf~er described Public Utility Easement and Recreational. Ease--
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDEi2ED as follows:
l. That the public utiJ.~i.ty easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State o~ Californ.i.a, as herein-
after more particularly described, is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said publi.c utiJ.ity easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly descxibed as
follows:
Being a 12-foot PUE and RE situated in Section 35,
T23N, R3E, MDB&Nd, said easement ~.s a part of Lot
109 as shown on the map of Paxadise Pines Country
Club Unit No. 4 recorded in Book 38 Maps of Re~ord
at Page 71, County of Butte, State of Califarnia,
and being more particularly described as folloCas:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot
109 and running adjacent to, northerly of and
para11e1 with the foJ.lowing--described 1ine: N 89°
47'28" W, 182.00 feet.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors o;'

of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the ~
office of the Recorder of the County of Sutte, State ot' Cali~ornia. ~
