This matter came on regulaz~.y fox' hearitn.g befoze the
Boazd o~ Supe~visors o£ the County of Butte, State of California,
on Januaxy 6 , 1981;, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Suilding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds tlzat the
hexeina£tex descxibed Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Sutte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more parta.cu~arly described as follows:
All that certain 10--foot public utility easement
lying westerly of and para11e1 to the easterly
lot line of Lot 122 as shown on that certain map
known as Paradise Pines Unit 5, recorded in Sook
35 Maps of Record at pages 88 and 41, County of
Butte, State of California.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 10 feet
and also excepting there~rom the most southerly
25 feet of said strip lying within the 25-foot
setback line.
3. Tt~.at the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board af Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorderd in the
office of the Recorder of th.e County o~ Butte, S~ate of California. o•
