This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County af Su~te, Stat~ o~ Californ.i.a,
an January_6 , I981., in the Board Chambers, Bu~.te County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cali.fornia, and it appeaxing ~o
said Board ~hat a Notice of Time and Place o~ H~aring of said
Abandanmen~ was duly and regu~arZy given as requi.red by law, and
testimony and evi.dence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said heari.n.g, ~rom which sai.d Baard now ~inds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easeme~.t and Recreational Ease~-
ment is unne~essary for presen~ ar prospec~ive pubZic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
Z. That the public utility easement and recreation.al ease-
merct s~.~ua~ed in the Caunty af Bu~~e, S~ate of CaZ~.fornia, as herein-
after mor~ particularly described, ~.s hereby abandoned.
2. Tha~ the description of said publ.ic utili.~y easer~nen~
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the Couzi.ty af
Bu~te, Sta~e o~ Cal.ifornia, and more particu~.arJ,y described as
