LINDQ WEST SUBDIVISION STORM DRA3NAGE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND
N0. 81 OAK WAY ESTATES STREETLIGHTING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the
Government Code of the State of Ca3ifornia, preliminar.y proceedings have been
initiated for the establishment of county service areas by petition by WACO
Development Company (CSA #80) and Drake Homes (CSA #81); and
WHEREAS, the Zocal Agenoy Formation Commission has approved the formation
of County Service Area No. 80 for storm drainage and County Service Area No. 81
for streetlights.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that:
1. County service areas are proposed to be established under the terms
of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County: The boundary
lines of the territories proposed £or inclusion in the area are in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
2. The names proposed for said county service areas are CSA #80 Lindo
West Subdivision Storm Drainage Maintenance District and CSA #8'I Oak Way Estates
Streetlighting District.
3. The type of extended service to be provided is storm water drainage
and streetlighting.
~+. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for services in
each of these areas. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with
Go-rerninent Code Section 25210.77a and Butte County Code Section 2~-85 through
2~.-90.
5. On F h~ ~, 1981, at 10:00 a.m. a public hearing wi11 be held
on the establishment of said areas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
13th ~ay of Janua , 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chaiz~man Moseley
