in Chapter 24 of the Butte County Code, for fees for processing
for use permits, variances and zoning changes; and
WHEREAS, This Board deems it necessary to impose fees
for Environmental Health services required for review of the
application for said use nezmits, variances and zoning changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the B~tte County
Board of Supervisors that the followin~ fees are established for
Environmental Health Services:
Use Permzts $24.00
Variances $24.00
Rezones $24.00
PASSED ANn ADOPTED by the Butte County Soard of Super-
visors this I3th day of January , 1981, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
