Butke County Board of Supervisors on April 4, 1972, pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code to establish fees
for subdivisions and land divisions; and
W[~ERE,AS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend said
fee schedule to provide for fees covering the cost of Environmental
Health services for said subdivisions and land divisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
o£ Supervisors that §IV of said Resolution No. 72-62, pertaining to
fees, is hereby amended by adding the following fees to said fee
scheduie to cover the cost of Environmental Health services:
Subdiviszons 5-10 Lots
a. w/community sewer $ 24.00
and community water
b. w/cammunity sewer $ 48.00
and individual wells
c. w/community water $ 72.00
individual septic
tanks
d. w/individual wells
and individual
septic tanks
{1 to 4 lots): _
