Riecker and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §~50440, et s~e .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on ~ebruary 17 , 1981 at 10:15 a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildxng, Oroville,
Caiifornia, a hearfng shall be held on the abandonment o~ the
following described easement:
Being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lots 44, 45 and 46, Paradise Pines
Unit 15, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages
42 and 44, County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, more
particularly described as follows:
l. All that certain 12-foot public utility easement
Located on said Lots 44, 45 and 46 ~ying north of and
parallel with the south line of said 1ots. Excepting
therefrom the most westerly 20 feet lying within the
20-foot setback line.
2. All that certain 10-foot public utility ease~ent
lying 5 feet on each side of the 1ot line common to
Lots 45 and 46, commencing at the southeast corner of
said Lot 46; thence N 00°15'14" W, 1i3.72 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 20 feet lying
within the 20-foot setback line.
3. All that certain 10-foot public utility easement
lying 5 Eeet on each side of the 1ot line common to
Lots 44 and 46, commencing at the southeast corner of
said Lot 45; thence N 00°15'~~" W, 123.83 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 2Q ~eet lying
within the 20-foot setback line.
4. All that certain 5-foot public utility easment
lying westerly of and parallel with the east 1ot line
of said Lot ~4. Excepting the~efrom the most
northerly 20 feet lying within the 20-foot setback
line.

TO ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§5044Q and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
