and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement
as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se~c.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Baard of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at zts
regular meeting on February 27, 1981 at 1Q:15 a.m., zn the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovil~e, Ca~~fornza,
a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following described
easement:
B~ing a por~ion of S~ction 35, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also
being a portion of Lot 88 0~ Parad~se Pines Country C1ub
Es~a~es Unit No. 4 recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record
at Pages 69 and 73, County of Butte, Sta~e of Californza,
more par~~cularly described as follows:
Being that certain five-foot public utility easement
lying south of and parallel with the folZowing-described
line: Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said,
Lot 88; thence N 89° 4g~ 00'~ E, 180.00 feet to the
northeasterZy corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the westerly 12 feet lying within
the Z2-foot public utility ~asement and recreational
easement; also excepting ~herefrom ~he most easterly
20 feet ly~ng within the 20-foot setback line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
