McMillion and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement as described below; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Govexnment Code §§50440, et se~c., this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment. NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on February 17 , 1981 at 10:15 ~ a.m. , in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orov~lle, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment o~ the following described easement: A1]. those public utility easements in Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDB&M and lying within Lot ~.69 as shown on the map known as "Paradise Pines Unit No. 4" recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at Page 100, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: 1. AL1 that 12-foot public utility easement Zying northerly of and parallel to the foilowfng- described 1ine: Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 169; thence S 69°26'45" E, a distance of 158.96 feet. 2. A11 that 10-foot public utility easement lying northwesterly of and para11e1 to the following- described line: Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 169; thence N 57°d2'18" E, a distance of 39.00 feet. Excepting therefrom all that certain 10-foot drainagement easement lying southeasterly of and paral~el with the northwesterly line o~ said Lot 169. , 2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the proviszons of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
